Saddle Ridge is a wonderland of natural attractions

Nature lovers will find an abundance of wildlife at Saddle Ridge.
With deer, sandhill cranes, turkeys, ducks, a variety of birds, and plenty of flora and fauna. Imagine owning your home here and enjoying the views of wildlife and the many outdoor attractions at Saddle Ridge.

For starters we offer you a fun golf course.
Ours is a nine-hole, par-35 course, a 2,977-yard challenge with four doglegs and four water holes. Our layout, visible from many of the lots at Saddle Ridge, was designed by Art Johnson of Madison, Wis., and has fully irrigated fairways. If you play twice for 18, the Blue Tees have a distance of 5,823 yards, and the Red Tees have 4,830.

Saddle Ridge has its own marina.
We give you access to Swan Lake where you can enjoy water skiing, pontooning, canoeing and sailboating. Excellent fishing means you could be catching walleye, bass, perch, panfish and Northerns for dinner soon. Swan Lake is 406 acres in area, 2.5 miles long with 6.5 miles of shoreline, and is up to 82-feet deep in some areas. This is a spring-fed lake with the beginning of the Fox River, one of Wisconsin's rivers that flow north.

Recreational activities can be enjoyed all year.
Try walking on our private roads, biking, cross-country skiing, playing tennis or horseshoes or have a party in our picnic area. For downhill ski enthusiasts, Cascade Mountain and Devil's Head are just minutes away.

Located on the west end of the property is the Swan Lake Wildlife Area, owned and maintained by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
